christmas baking - santa hat brownies

Can I just start by saying HOW CUTE ARE THESE?! I saw them on Pinterest and really wanted to give them a go, so I took out the mixing bowl armed with a wooden spoon and a bar of dark chocolate. (and that I-know-it-will-end-up-looking-nothing-like-it-did-on-Pinterest feeling) This brownie recipe is not mine,  you can find the one I used here, and I used vanilla buttercream for the white icing.
